Delete your account

You can take your account, your workspaces and everything in them away whenever you like.

What is deleted

• Your account details: name, phone, email and photo.
• The workspaces you own: their intents, phrases, lines, recordings, releases, history and logs. Apps that were reading a published library stop receiving it.
• Your support conversations, once they are closed.

Workspaces that other people share with you are not deleted; you are only taken out of them.

How to ask

Write to hello@sharkie.in from the email address on your account, or from the phone number on it using the support page in the app (Settings → Support), and say “Delete my account”. We confirm it is you with a code, then delete within 7 days and tell you when it is done. Copies in backups are gone within about 30 days.

Before you go

If you only want to stop an app reading your library, you can roll back or stop publishing from Releases instead, and nothing is lost.
